In the Beginning There Was Ham.

Oh I get it so you live in Hamburg so you thought that you would use the Hamburger, oh har har. But I was also a victim of crime most heinous! Long story short, I brought with me to The Fatherland my Personal Computer HAL 1000 for recreational purposes.  It arrived in a semi-functional state and in one piece after four flights, 35 hours, extra baggage charges of $90 per KG ( most men spend more on their hobbies than their family) and a 17,000KM journey; Which is more than can be said for most travelers in the Nirvana of long haul ‘cattle class’ air travel.

After some failed personal amateur hackery, it was taken to the local computer man. Where that night I had the fortune of a visit from the local elite at 3AM who liberated my and another 25 computer from the shop.  And  so Das Hamburgler was born.
